Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes the general approach to changes, cancellations and refunds for separately agreed paid work.
Changes and scheduling
Where paid work is agreed, changes and rescheduling follow its written terms. Raising a change early makes it easier to distinguish completed work, work in progress, access, approved expenses and a useful handoff.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the separate terms for the engagement. The appropriate outcome can depend on scope, completed work, access, confidential materials, rights and any agreed expenses.
Refunds
Refund discussions relate to specific paid work and its written terms, not this public website. Where relevant, the agreement should clarify payment timing, completed work and how a proportionate resolution may be considered.
